About me
A graduate of The Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art, Mark found his first job as graphic artist for the comic magazine Heavy Metal.
In 2005, with nearly a decade in graphic design behind him, Mark made the leap to writing and illustrating children’s books full time. His best-known books include A Book About Design, The Spooky Box, and One Little Monster.
An avid board gamer, Mark has recently moved into that space professionally and has designed several of his own games.
He hopes to one day to get a dog.
